The Patriot's Flag

The day I posted this, I was flying the Union Jack. I fly this Patriot Flag on my front porch when Liberty is Threatened. I fully expect Liberty to be continually threatened from the “left” and the Democrats.  But Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has gone to the “dark side” and is sipping the man-made [HOAX!] global warming kool aid, he supports illegal immigration and is helping Obama  with the socialist takeover of the country.  This man is NOT a the conservative he said he was while campaigning. He’s a “lefty” and should be treated as  a pariah by all Republicans and censured post haste.

Graham Wall of Shame: I’m going to be putting a link to this post in the “references” under “Graham – Wall of Shame”.  I will be adding to this page and changing it from time to time. So if you want the latest on why you should NOT have voted for Lindsey Graham and why every Conservative organization in the state should be keeping pressure on him to honor his “conservative” campaign promises.

On Conservatives in the Republican Party: Lindsey Graham:“To those people who are pursuing purity, you’ll become a club not a party,” Graham told POLITICO in the Capitol Wednesday. “Those people who are trying to embrace conservatism in a thoughtful way that fits the region and the state and the district are going to do well. Conservatism is an asset. Blind ideology is not.” Well, Conservative “Blind Ideology” IS the Constitution of the United States!

On Illegal Immigration: At a function of La Raza, a Hispanic group whose primary goal is to reclaim the South Western United States for Mexico, by military force if necessary, he was asked his response to the folks back in South Carolina who opposed the amnesty portion of the immigration bill. His response: I’m going to “tell the bigots to shut up.” On the Senate floor, Graham referred to his constituents in SC who disagreed with him on amnesty for illegal aliens as “those loud people“, and vowed to ignore them. On Global Warming: Lindsey Graham (AP): I started traveling with Sen. (John) McCain, who has been a climate change advocate for a long time, and I went to the Arctic region with him and Sen. (Hillary Rodham) Clinton. I came to the conclusion from listening to the scientists … from people who lived in the regions, that the canary in the coal mine is in the Arctic regions, and that the planet is heating up. How much is caused by greenhouse gases, I don’t know. But I believe to some extent it’s a contributing factor. … Now, why did I choose to do something this time around? … The one thing that I could say without any doubt, that the best chance to create jobs for the future here in this country is energy independence. And you will never become energy independent until you price carbon.

Other views of this Faux-Conservative: American Thinker: Lindsey Graham was elected to serve as United States Senator in 2002. He was easily re-elected in 2008, largely due to the support of conservatives. Conservatives like founder and past president of the low country’s South Strand Republicans, John Bonsignor. John and his wife campaigned hard for Graham, based on their belief that Graham would govern as a conservative. Meaning, lower taxes and less government. “Graham is disappointing,” states Bonsignor, “He campaigned as a conservative but his record is moderate left.” When asked if he would vote for Graham now, Bonsignor stated emphatically, “No,” citing Lindsey’s support for Sotomayor, his support for TARP funds, and the final straw, his support for cap and trade.

Censure from SC Republicans: Post and Courier: The Charleston County Republican Party’s executive committee took the unusual step Monday night of censuring U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham for stepping across the GOP party line. County Chairwoman Lin Bennett said the unanimous vote “is an effort to get his attention. They (party leaders) are just fed up, and they want him to know they’re fed up.” The resolution mentions Graham’s cooperation with U.S. Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., on a bipartisan energy bill, and his support for the $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program and the time he called some opponents of immigration reform “bigots.”"U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham — in the name of bipartisanship — continues to weaken the Republican brand and tarnish the ideals of freedom, rule of law, and fiscal conservatism,” the resolution reads.

Senator Graham needs to hear the anger from the Conservatives who gave him the job … it is time he does the bidding of the people who put him there … he works for US!  And if the above isn’t enough proof … try this …

Our “conservative Senator from South Carolina is even supporting Obama’s Socialist takeover of the country …

Lindsey Graham Lies.  He calls himself a Conservative and he is not. He takes positions alien to Conservative values and flaunts his “neo-con” views.  Actually he’s not a “neo-con” … he’s a fake conservative … FAUX Conservative!  To have “run” on a “conservative” ticket during his last campaign was to lie to his constituents … and every day he continues to put down conservative ideals, he is proving that he was lying to those who he asked to vote for him.  He gratefully accepted the conservative vote that put him into office, but he turns his back on those supporters time after time.

ACTION It is time for all Conservatives in South Carolina who voted for this “bipartisan” moderate Republican to begin not only turning their backs on him when he speaks anywhere in South Carolina, but it is also time for all Republican organizations in the state to censure him just as the Charleston Republican Club did (see above).

It is time for censure and it should come in two forms:

1. Censure from all Republican Clubs in the state of South Carolina
2. Censure from the conservative citizens of South Carolina that voted for this “faux-conservative”.

1st Navy Union Jack - Liberty Threatened

Today I am flying the Fort Moultrie Flag.  I fly this Patriot Flag when there is “Liberty Risky” discussion happening. The Non Governmental International Panel on Climate Change report is out and fully exposes the Global Warming Hoax.

The IPCC: The “official” (UN Sanctioned body) for the “consensus” of Global Warming is the IPCC … Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change.  If you want to see “their side” of the hoax, you can find their web page HERE.  This group is responsible for “collecting” all the data, and REVIEWING it … then passing it forward in reports to the public.

The Lie. The problem was at the PEER REVIEW level. The dishonest CRU scientists only allowed data to go forward that promoted their cause of proving man-made global warming. (The “data flow” chart showing the problem area is to the right).  This was where the CRU came in and these are the people that were changing the data as proven by their “acquired” emails (Climate-Gate).

• Sad to notice how many other “real” scientists were probably honestly involved in this dishonest process. Earlier in the process they were working diligently to acquire accurate data, only to have it “elminated” or “changed” at the peer review stage toward the end of the process.

Enter the NIPCC The Non-Governmental Panel for Climate Change.

NIPCC: The Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC) is [snip] an international panel of nongovernment scientists and scholars who have come together to understand the causes and consequences of climate change. Because we are not predisposed to believe climate change is caused by human greenhouse gas emissions, we are able to look at evidence the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) ignores. Because we do not work for any governments, we are not biased toward the assumption that greater government activity is necessary.

The NIPCC Report: Climate Change Reconsidered:

NIPCC: The 2009 Report of the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC) is the most comprehensive objective compilation of science on climate change ever published. It offers a “second opinion” to the Fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), published in 2007. Unlike that report, Climate Change Reconsidered finds global warming is not a crisis, and never was. (Summary of Report, pdf, here).

Here are only a FEW of the MANY findings in the report:

• Climate Models are incorrect
• Current trends are not “unprecedented”
• There are environmental advantages to increasing CO2 (not disadvantages)
• There is no evidence that CO2-induced increases in air temperature will cause unprecedented plant and animal extinctions, either on land or in the world’s oceans.
• There is no evidence that CO2-induced global warming is or will be responsible for increases in the incidence of human diseases or the number of lives lost to extreme thermal conditions.A corrected temperature record shows temperatures around the world were warmer during the Medieval Warm Period of approximately 1,000 years ago than they are today, and have averaged 2-3ºF warmer than today’s temperatures over the past 10,000 years.
• Highly accurate satellite data, adjusted for orbit drift and other factors, show a much more modest warming trend in the last two decades of the twentieth century and a dramatic decline in the warming trend in the first decade of the twenty-first century.
• Most populations of polar bears are growing, not shrinking, and the biggest influence on polar bear populations is not temperature but hunting by humans, which historically has taken a large toll on polar bear populations.

Renew America: The true science, not the stuff conjured up on computer models, always refuted the global warming theory. That’s because it was widely known to honest climatologists, meteorologists, and others. It was always known that carbon dioxide (CO2) was a miniscule part of the Earth’s atmosphere, barely 0.038 percent. Of that amount, man-made CO2 emissions constitute less than 0.00022 percent! Some will argue these figures, but they always remain within these very tiny parameters. Carbon dioxide has nothing to do with global warming or as it is now called, climate change.

Nor has the Earth been rapidly warming. The last warming cycle began around 1850 as a respond to a Little Ice Age that began in 1300. The Earth warmed about one degree Fahrenheit. By 1998, it began to cool again!

From CanadaFreePress: On 22 November 1996 from Geoff Jenkins (UK Met Office) to Phil Jones, “Remember all the fun we had last year over 1995 global temperatures, with early release of information (via Oz), “inventing” the December monthly value, letters to Nature etc etc? I think we should have a cunning plan about what to do this year, simply to avoid a lot of wasted time.”“We feed this selectively to Nick Nuttall (Executive Director of UNEP) (who has had this in the past and seems now to expect special treatment) so that he can write an article for the silly season. We could also give this to Neville Nicholls (IPCC lead author and Australian Met Bureau employee.)??” They’re talking about releasing an annual global temperature a month before the year is over. Hardly scientific or responsible bureaucratic behavior, but they think deceiving the public is “fun”.

If you take the time to read through the NIPCC website and the summary report, you will find that the “hoax” is based on blatant lies that played on the “fears” of IGNORANT people … people who have not, like you, taken the time to research and learn the truth.  It is these people the hoaxers are trying to enslave with Socialism.  The Man Made Global Warming Hoax was the vehicle by which these people could impose taxes on everyone creating monies for their own continued power grab.  Its a scam, scare the dumb people out of their money so they’ll give it to us.

  • No, they “started” 10 years ago, the most recent was November of 2009
• Al Gore says the Polar Bears are dying because of global warming … (oh me)
  • In 2002, the US Geological Survey in the Arctic Refuge Coastal plain reported the polar bear population was near historic highs. Biologist Mitchell Taylor of the Arctic community of Nunavit who tracks 13 of those colonies, says 11 are stable or thriving with populations that have increased 25%.

The Media still is covering the lies. Watch CNN, ABC, MSNBC, NBC … and all of them continue to avoid the truth of the Global Warming Hoax.  This is because they are participants in the lie. The “hoax” was spread by the news media who, like the CRU “researchers” WANTED global warming to be man made.  They all are reporting what they “want” the news to be, not what the news actually is.  This is shameful.  And if the “lame stream” media is your only source of news, then you are among the ranks for the IGNORANT.

Ft Moultrie Flag - Liberty Risky Discussion

Today I’m flying the Fort Moultrie flag. I fly it when there is “liberty-risky” discussion. and such a discussion is happening right now. Once again the EPA is reaching out to control our lives, supported by the Democrats and Obama as usual. This time they want to control ALL of the water in the USA … not just “navigable water” as they previously controlled.

Water Grab Act

Government Power Grab: It isn’t enough that the EPA has declared CO2 a “Hazardous” gas … giving them jurisdiction over everything with a carbon emission from smokestacks, to cow farts, to the emissions of your lawn mower? (See S.T.O.P. the EPA). Now they want to control all water … and yes, they can regulate a mud puddle with this power. The intrusion of this government into our personal liberties and freedoms is breathtaking … and so far, the abundance of American Ignorance is allowing them to get away with it!  So let’s “wise up” and get with what is going on … here’s the facts:  (pass them on!).  The official name of this legislation is the Federal Water Pollution Control Act or FWPC or FWPCA.

Bill Summary: There are two pieces of legislation on this: H.R. 2421 and S 787.  Here is the summary for S-787:

Thomas Summary of S-787 Clean Water Restoration Act – Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (commonly known as the Clean Water Act) to replace the term “navigable waters” that are subject to such Act with the term “waters of the United States,” defined to mean all waters subject to the ebb and flow of the tide, the territorial seas, and all interstate and intrastate waters and their tributaries, including lakes, rivers, streams (including intermittent streams), mudflats, sandflats, wetlands, sloughs, prairie potholes, wet meadows, playa lakes, natural ponds, and all impoundments of the foregoing, to the fullest extent that these waters, or activities affecting them, are subject to the legislative power of Congress under the Constitution.

Heartland.org: “By eliminating one word–navigable–and replacing it with the term ‘waters of the United States,’ the legislation would give the federal government authority over anything that is wet, as well as any activity on land that could affect water,” explained the North Carolina Coalition for Clean Water in a December 18 news release. “When the word ‘navigable’ is taken out, [it makes] everything federal water–without regard to volume and flow. That means gutters, ditches, seasonal wet spots, even groundwater.

Heartland.org: Opposition to the federal proposal was expressed on December 5 when members of Congress, state legislators, the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, Property Rights Alliance, Partnership for America, and Americans for American Energy joined the National Farm Bureau Federation, American Property Coalition, and Western Business Roundtable on the steps of the Longworth House Office Building in Washington, DC.

Strong opposition also has been expressed outside of Washington in town meetings, state capitols, and newspaper editorials across the country. “The scope of this legislation is breathtaking,” said Larry Wooten, president of the North Carolina Farm Bureau. “It will raise costs for farmers and homeowners while also burdening state and local governments.”

“With these changes,” Youngberg said, “ordinary roadside ditches, stock tanks, and ponds would be subject to extensive regulation and permitting. Even low spots in fields farmed for decades would be subject to extensive reviews.”

Even John Dingle (D) doesn’t like it!

“Most of the ducks that migrate across our skies in the spring and fall are hatched and raised on prairies,” Dingell asserted. “Remove [the puddles] and you remove the ducks,” Dingell claimed.

Never before in the nation’s history has federal power reached so far! Included is a citizen lawsuit provision that allows anyone to sue you if they think your activity might affect water (defined as nearly dry land). Supporters include the Sierra Club, Earthjustice, Greenpeace, the Natural Resources Defense Council and dozens of other radical anti-property, anti-free market, and anti-use organizations. Liberty being Broken!

It is about control! Under the familiar guise of “save the earth” and “love the animals” … for OUR protection, the government is trying to take control of another KEY ASPECT of our lives … water! All water!  Before, the term “navigable waterway” defined the boundary of federal vs state control of water. With the changing of these two words, the federal government is reaching out to control the rain water you walk through on a cloudy day.  This legislations gives them control over ANYTHING affecting the water.  So to build something “near by” you will need over 100 permits from the EPA to prove that you will not be contaminating whatever “water” is in question.

• And what about “existing” water? There’s no grandfather clause … if the water is “suspected” to be contaminated by a nearby activity, (a cow urinating in a meadow?) … the activity can be “regulated!” Yes, because the bill’s wording states control of “lands adjacent to the water.” So the “control” climbs up onto the land  … its not only a “water grab” its a “land grab”too!
  

Keep Waking Up, America! The socialist coup which has happened was allowed to happen because of ignorance and apathy.  To S.T.O.P. it in its tracks, people are going to have to get off their duffs and start paying attention and getting involved.  Write your congressman and representative on this one immediately … talk about a supression of Liberty and Freedom … this one is HUGE!   Contact them now!  Here are the links.

LOWEST YET! - Dec 13, 09

There has been a coup that never was. Those who are politically awake, regardless for it or against it, can see it.  Those still politically asleep don’t realize it has happened. We have had a coup in the United States of America.

The Democrats didn’t “win” the election, they “lost” just as did the Republicans and the rest of the country. The Socialists “won” the election and now all of us are dearly paying for our self-inflicted ignorance and lack of vigilance.

There was a coup, not with guns and bullets like most third world countries, but in a far more “sophisticated” way.  Blowing up the Pentagon and similar acts just landed people in jail years ago, but today, the SAME PEOPLE  have been more subtle, more cunning and are now more successful. They have put one of their own at the highest authority of the United States of America.  They started years ago, patiently and took over the education system, dumbing down the population. Now they are able to make promises to people who do not have the intellectual capacity to understand the consequences … and each tiny step solidifies their power over us.  We have a government that is well on its way to controlling every aspect of our lives. 350,000,000 million souls controlled by a government totaling about 460 people!  I will never believe so many could be oppressed by so few … for long.

Are People are Waking up! Hey, What’s that Sound, Everybody look what’s goin’ down! When have we ever seen a “tea party” movement before?  And it is come kind of  movement made up of all kinds of people … the only common theme they have is “conservatism.”  It is not the traditional Democrats against Republicans, it is made of up people from BOTH parties and people WITHOUT a party.  And now a relatively non-complex and unsophisticated person,  Sarah Palin , sort of  a “non-Republican” seems to be emerging as a quasi-leader of this rag-tag group. (Don’t put her down unless your ideas would sell 1.1 million books!  Whatever she is, she’s REAL!). Why are people “listening” to what someone like Sarah Palin is “writing?”

The Phases of Revolution:

1. Ignorance and Apathy ….(This is why Barack Obama was elected).
2. Discovery … Hey, What’s that Sound?   <== NOW
3. Anger (and fear) … People begin “shouting” with limited action
4. Action … “takin to the streets”

A Coming Revolution? What was the “mood” back then when King George was taking control of American Liberties? And what is the mood becoming now?  Are the stars aligning for a Second American Revolution?  Probably one without bullets and bombs, but with ideas with the FULL FORCE of the majority of patriotic Americans enforcing them?  Will it be  a revolution just as sophisticated as the coup (that never was) was? The South Carolina State Flag is flying today … a relatively “quiet” political day. (Same nonsense on Health Care and Global Warming), but there was one morsel of good news showing on the political Christmas Tree … Obama’s popularity “bulb” continues to dim.  And that’s good. This administration needs to  S.T.O.P.

Politically Quiet

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows that 25% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-one percent (41%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -16. That’s the lowest Approval Index rating yet recorded for this President (see trends).

Rasmussen: New Low

Gallup ... new low.

Gallup: After a brief uptick last week following the announcement of his new Afghanistan policy, Barack Obama’s job approval rating has receded to 47% in the latest Gallup Daily tracking poll, a new low.

Comparison of Presidents’ Approval at this point in time:

Stop The Obama Plan

It took long enough! Amazing that it took this long for the American People to start waking up and seeing what is happening. Now, if people are finally beginning to understand they voted for a “blank slate” upon which they could project any Hope and Change they could imagine … they find the screen is simply blank.  Might as well increase your belief in good old St. Nick …. odds are showing you’d have a better chance of getting your “wish.”

It is time to S.T.O.P. (Stop the Obama Plan).  In his speech

Obama: “I know the only reason I’m standing here today is because sometime, somewhere, somebody stood up when it was risky, stood up when it wasn’t popular, stood up when it was hard,” Obama said in a speech built around a theme that he is the candidate with the courage to bring change. “Standing up with courage and conviction, they somehow managed to change the world.

“We will stand up in this election to bring about the change that won’t just win an election, but will transform America.”

• And he is “transforming” America into a socialist state, taking over banks, taking over the auto industry, taking over Wall Street, taking over the best Health Care system in the world,  his Czar (Sustein) wants to make ALL WATER in the USA federally controlled and with the EPA’s recent declaration on CO2, he is literally taking over the air we breath.

Do Something! We cannot allow this to continue.  EVERY CITIZEN who is not ignorant enough to ignore what is happening must DO SOMETHING.  Get educated on the issues, sign a petition, go to a rally, call your congressman, call your Senator, work on the Democrat/Lib next door … but DO SOMETHING.  We’ve got to S.T.O.P. what is happening, otherwise the eventual result is becoming more obvious each day. If all of us takes an active roll in DOING SOMETHING to S.T.O.P. this socialist takeover, we CAN make a difference.  The polls above are showing  a slowing of the momentum … it is happening … now, it needs to pick up speed!
