It was just a battle…
Today I am flying the Sons of Liberty 9 Bar Vertical patriot flag. Health Care has, by hook and crook, passed the corrupt House of Representatives and will now become law. Socialism has won a victory over Liberty and Freedom. A black ribbon is being added to the flagstaff this morning.
Today, The Patriot’s Flag welcomes a guest blogger, Elizabeth M. Pasek, from Ohio. When you start to make a comment on something and find someone else has already stated it better than you can, then you must step aside and welcome such a comment. I think Elizabeth speaks for most of us this morning.
It was just a battle …
… not the war. So, let’s look at the facts. Let’s take a thread and really examine what is happening to us.
“Why? I’m too tired, too disgusted, too ugh,” you say. It is OK to feel that way. This has been a hard emotional battle. We put time, effort, money, voices and everything into stopping this, but we lost only the battle.
The Progressives may seem on the verge of winning it all, but they are not. Not really. They have put all their eggs in one basket and that is never a good strategy. They chose to literally ignore their constituents. They chose to violate their oath of office. They chose to shred their Constitutional responsibility. At the level and scale with which they have acted, they have broken the Law of the Land.
Contemplate that idea for a while. Just because someone is elected, doesn’t make everything they do legit or even legal. In this case they have knowingly, willingly, and with malice broken the Law of the Land. This betrayal of the United States of America is not just a case of bad law making! With these willful actions against the Constitution, they have crossed the line of being the legitimate government of the United States.
I know we will not allow ourselves to be condemned by this illegitimate law. Thirty-eight States are swiftly moving to take actions to mitigate or redress these federal actions. Every effort will come forth to challenge it. And individuals are taking actions to minimize their financial exposure to the confiscation of their production.
Unfortunately there are still even bigger battles in this 38 month war. We must get to the November elections. We must remove any and all Progressives and progressive sympathizers from office. We cannot allow them to escalate the situational circumstances to eliminate elections in November. We must not allow for martial law to be declared. It is my humble opinion this is their goal. We go from being ignored, to being inconsequential, to being criminals. This has been on the table since the first DHS security memo issued April 2009.
While many are ready to focus on the next round of confiscatory laws headed our way, there are darker things lurking in the shadows. All our worries about the laws they enact and yet there is one chess piece on the table that can bring it all down. It is a piece that neither truly controls and yet both do control. It is the wild card. Producers who, “Go Galt,” can make it happen and so can the federal government, that piece is the economy.
The question is who will be ready to swiftly move back in to restore order? This will be the summer of our discontent. If they can’t get us to radicalize enough to declare martial law, they will do it by forcing the collapse of the economy. They will do this in an attempt to crush the American Spirit. Let us not be in denial of what is about to happen to us. They cannot afford for us to get to November elections.
It is time to move on plans to restore the United States of America in the aftermath.

The Bottom Line
We are all about to “go Galt” this morning. How many petitions have we signed, how many emails, how much MONEY (not much but a lot for me), all done to try to stop this bill … an event that really isn’t a bill at all. The “Health Care Bill” is the first significant mile marker for Socialism in America., and that should be its name. What Bill Ayers could not carry out bombing the Pentagon in years past, Barack Obama has succeeded in accomplishing today.
But I’m not surprised at that, Obama is what he is, he’s a left-wing social radical … always has been always will be … no surprise there. A Man was elected as President who refuses to even prove where he was born, nobody remembers him attending 4 years of college … what’s with all that? But not a question asked! Those of us who listened to our hearts and looked at the simple facts and not listening to the Obamahype at CNN and MSNBC knew something was wrong and who Obama was.
I’m disappointed in my neighbors (former friends as of today) that decided to vote for Hope and Change to replace the US Constitution. People who would want to destroy the USA are simply not my friends. The enemy of the state, you see, isn’t always found in Washington, DC. Often the “enemy of the state” is the Democrat or Progressive next door that voted for this administration and congress. And that is where the intellectual battle must be waged and won.
I’m tired of writing petitions, I’m tired writing emails, the people in Washington don’t give a hoot who I am. ONE MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED and FIFTY THOUSAND of us turned up in DC last September and Obama didn’t “know we were in town.” Yesterday, we lost this very important battle. The next one will be immigration reform and the insane global warming crowd in spite of total “exposure” of corruption is still vowing to “save the planet.” So more battles are ahead.
November is coming and all polls are showing it will be a progressive slaughter in the voting booths. But when we win … and we will … there MUST be a price to pay for those who allowed this to happen. (And I do include my “friendly” neighbors who proudly voted for Hope and Change to replace the US Constitution). The damage that has been done, the awful debt our children must pay is staggering.
I will not forget.
