Today I am flying the 9 Bar Vertical Sons of Liberty Patriot Flag.  Once again, Obama has struck at liberty and freedom with the strength of his Presidential Pen.  Another executive order, never discussed in the main stream media, has been added to his growing list of examples of how this man hates liberty and freedom.  He is MANDATING lifestyle behavior modification from his office upon his “subjects” … who used to be “free citizens” of the United States of America. The Latest Executive Order establishes a “National Prevention Health Promotion” Council (25 members) who will decide on lifestyle behavior modification for us. This to keep us “safe” from ourselves!

EXECUTIVE ORDER

ESTABLISHING THE NATIONAL PREVENTION, HEALTH PROMOTION, AND PUBLIC HEALTH COUNCIL

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 4001 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148), it is hereby ordered as follows: (Read Full Text Here, or read summary below)

From NannyStateLiberationFront.net: According to Sec. 5. of the Executive Order that details the President’s “National Prevention and Health Promotion Strategy,” the Council will be charged with carrying out “lifestyle behavior modification” among American citizens that do not exhibit “healthy behavior.”The President’s desired lifestyle behavior modifications focus on:

• smoking cessation;
• proper nutrition;
• appropriate exercise;
• mental health;
• behavioral health;
• sedentary behavior;
• substance-use disorder; and
• domestic violence screenings.

Making matters even worse, if that is even possible at this point, President Obama will create an “Advisory Group” composed of experts hand-picked from the public health field and various other areas of expertise “outside the Federal Government.”

Whether you are a child, a parent, a worker, or retired, the President’s approximately 25-member “Advisory Group” will soon be present in every aspect of Americans’ lives, as the Executive Order prescribes. Specifically, our new so-called lifestyle behavior modification advisors will be actively carrying out the President’s orders in:

• work site health promotion;
• community services, including community health centers;
• preventive medicine;
• health coaching;
• public health education;
• geriatrics; and
• rehabilitation medicine

Executive Orders, Republican or Democrat … are Fascist!

Encyclopedia of Philosophy, Collier-Macmillan, Volumes 3-4, 1967, pp182-183 et seq.:“…whereas Liberalism, socialism, democracy, and the other progressive movements of the nineteenth century had asserted the rights of man, the selfish claims of the individual, Fascism sought, instead, to uphold the moral integrity and higher collective purpose of the nation. And whereas liberalism saw the state simply as an institution created to protect men’s rights, fascism looked on the state as an organic entity which embodied in itself all the noblest spiritual reality of the people as a whole. Fascism opposed the laissez-faire economics of the capitalism and the bourgeois ethos which went with it. Are you watching? You will not see the President’s Executive Orders show up in the Main Stream Media and rarely will you see them discussed ANYWHERE. The only way to keep up with these is to keep a constant vigilance on the White House (controlled) web site.  The government, daily, is taking steps to control your individual freedoms and liberties. The Danger of Executive Orders are obvious. President, without the authority of congress or the voters can create a pseudo-law that is actionable. That post clearly illustrates how Obama could “take over” the United States with Marshall Law with a silent and swift stroke of the Executive Pen.

With a “normal” President, the Executive Order is dangerous to liberty and freedom. Given that we do not have a “normal” President, but an unbalanced, inexperienced and socialist one … the Executive Order becomes far more dangerous to our Republic.
