Racism at the DOJ

A lawyer for the Department of Justice today resigned from the Obama Administration charging “politics and racism” in the DROPPING of the case against the New Black Panthers. DOJ Voting Rights Attorney Resigns over Black Panthers Stonewalling
Beltway Confidential: A trial attorney with the Department of Justice’s Voting Rights Section has resigned, citing concerns about the government’s refusal to prosecute a case involving voter intimidation by the New Black Panther Party. A letter of resignation obtained by The Washington Examiner from a former Justice Department employee makes clear DOJ has refused to allow attorneys in the Voting Rights Section to testify before the congressionally-chartered bipartisan U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, despite subpoenas that could result in their being held in contemp.
Intimidation, Excused by Obama's DOJ
This is the “gambit” voters had to get through in order to vote. These men carried nightsticks and “closed” on voters as they approached the door. Now, imagine “red-neck” white guys standing in front of a voting place and intimidating black voters who approached.

On the day President Obama was elected, armed men wearing the black berets and jackboots of the New Black Panther Party were stationed at the entrance to a polling place in Philadelphia. They brandished a weapon and intimidated voters and poll watchers. After the election, the Justice Department brought a voter-intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party and those armed thugs.
I and other Justice attorneys diligently pursued the case and obtained an entry of default after the defendants ignored the charges. Before a final judgment could be entered in May 2009, our superiors ordered us to dismiss the case.
The New Black Panther case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career. Because of the corrupt nature of the dismissal, statements falsely characterizing the case and, most of all, indefensible orders for the career attorneys not to comply with lawful subpoenas investigating the dismissal, this month I resigned my position as a Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney.

The Bottom Line
I don’t EVER want to hear the word RACISM from a Black Person again … this absolutely includes Sharpton, Jackson, Holder, Obama and all the other BLACK RACIESTS.
Keeping people from voting, using sticks and clubs, is, in my mind, an act of Domestic Terrorism. It shows how far some people would go to promote Obama’s Hope and Change.
- Shame on the DOJ
- Shame on the Obama for allowing this
- Shame on Holder for executing it.
- Shame on America for putting up with it.
- That this incident happened was egregious … that it was “dismissed” by the DOJ was an atrocity … and now the truth is exposed:

Interesting comment from Doug Giles at TownHall
Anyway, the irony—or ironies—regarding the racism accusations the NAACP leveled at the Tea Party is their direct ties to the New Black Panther Party in nudging the Department of Just Us to drop charges against King Schlemiel Schlamazel in the slam dunk Voter Intimidation with a Frickin’ Billy Club case. Yep, that’s a wee bit weird.
Love the “Department of Just Us” … pretty well explains it.
Giles: I think the NAACP would be well served to back off their bogus Tea Party racism charges and follow the sage advice of Lt. Col. Allen West:
Their [the NAACP’s] target should not be the Tea Party, but instead the larger issues facing the Black community: astronomical unemployment rates (15.5%) and the breakdown of the Black family, which result in higher drop-out rates, disproportionate incarceration rates and teen pregnancy rates (12.6%). These issues should be the focus of increased scrutiny by the NAACP. This NAACP Resolution is consistent with the Obama administration tactic of demonizing and blaming someone else for your own failures and shortcomings, and not take responsibility and accountability.
