Øbama and Eligibility: We really don’t have to discuss this much at this site because we have over 250 documented links to the subject HERE – Eligibility and Credibility at The Patriot’s Flag. Bottom line, Øbama still has not proven his citizenship and has spent over $2,000,000 trying to keep the records of it suppressed and sealed. So there is serious doubt as to this man’s “eligibility” to be President of the United States.
Eligibility and Kagan: Elena Kagan was the Solicitor General. And one case in particular she handled was for a petition brought against Øbama concerning his presidential eligibility filed against him with the Supreme Court. So Kagan was represented Øbama in that petition questioning his citizenship . She was successful and the petition was denied. Now that she is on the Supreme Court, she may help rule on his eligibility. Kagan and Chicago Politics – The way Chicago Politics works, if I do something for you, then you will turn around and do something for me. Such politics have NOTHING to do with the people who elected you to office or entrusted you with office. Kagan, was the Solicitor General on all of the petitions questioning Øbama’s eligibility and all of them (so far) were denied. Øbama now “owed” Kagan BIG time, and as per Chicago Politics … she got the nod to the nomination. This is how he “knew her” this is how she was “tied to the Supreme Court” and was and will be a ‘perfect fit’ in his “eligibility strategy” for the future.
Kagan, Chicago and Øbama – Kagan and Øbama also worked together at the University of Chicago. Kagan joined the staff there in 1991 and won tenure in 1995. Øbama was a part-time lecturer there between 1992 and 2004 when he was elected to the US Senate. According to reports she tried to convince him to pursue a tenure track at the university. Obviously Øbama had more grandiose ideas about where his career would lead him, but what a perfect bookend for her to be nominated to become a Supreme Court Justice. So again, the “connection” goes back to Chicago.
Kagan and Øbama – Kagan, as stated above was the Solicitor General that got the petitions denied. Now, as a sitting Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States … she will be able to make Supreme Court rulings on Øbama’s eligibility. Because Kagan supported Øbama in getting the eligibility petitions denied, Øbama supported her to get on the Supreme Court, and now that she is on the Supreme Court, she owes Øbama and will protect him against any eligibility rulings that reach that bench.
It doesn’t stop with Eligibility: Chicago politics are about “payback.” Kagan is on the court, she “owes” Øbama. So when she is needed for a controversial verdict from the bench, a short phone call from the White House can swing that vote. If anyone thinks, after all this, that she would use the “rule of law” to make a decision, then they are suffering from severe naivety.

The Bottom Line
Chicago Politics are Ugly … but worse, they are DANGEROUS to the well-being of the Freedoms and Liberties of the Citizens of the United States. This administration has attacked Freedom and Liberty over and over … this is just another example. Chicago Politics has now spread from the Congress, to the Presidency and now to the Supreme Court. Liberty and Freedom are lost.
And another perfect example of why this regime must be taken out in November.

The Tea Party is only a small PART OF the Conservative Tsunami wave that is forming. It is coming tidal wave with tremendous power that is about to make some major changes on the political landscape. That wave is made up of many groups. Some focus on Anti-Gay, Pro-M/F Marriage, Anti-abortion, Pro-Christianity, Anti-Mosque etc etc etc … and among the “etcs” is the Tea Party, focusing on Fiscal Responsibility. It is a PART of the wave, part of something bigger, but IT IS NOT that bigger thing.
