Shari’a for dar es-salaam

SHARI’A … The “word” keeps quietly appearing and most people in the West do not know what the word means. It is certainly encountered more frequently on the Internet than in the Main Stream media … which trips a danger signal for anyone who understands Media Bias … If you don’t hear about it openly, then we’ve learned it is being hidden from you.  So What is Shari’a Law … why is Europe all upset about it, why is Indonesia being torn apart by it, why is it considered “dangerous” here?  On this post, we look only at the tip of the iceberg … giving the reader many references to go discover more about the Islāmic Shari’a Law. Shari’a is happening in the USA … take heed, Americans. Shari’a is the antithesis of Liberty and Freedom.

Background Discussion

GeoPolitical Goal of Islam: The geopolitical goal of Islam is “dar es-salaam” … or “house of peace.”  This is a state when Muslims are in the majority of a society and therefore the government protects them giving them “peace” or a “haven of peace.”  Muslims are sworn to do “what is necessary” to achieve this state of peace. To achieve dar es-salaam, the Muslims must “take over” the host country, converting infidels, or doing “what is necessary” through violent jihad or Al-Takeyya to become the  spiritual majority. We can see this nearly completed in Lebanon, in various stages in Europe and Indonesia and beginning in the USA.

Islam is the New Communism: This is has been a difficult road, because Americans are benevolent and naïve concerning Islam. They are used to freedom of religion and they find it hard to condemn one. And that is precisely the problem, Americans see Islam as only a religion. It is not just a religion, it is also a sophisticated, detailed political ideology with the expressed goal of taking over the entire world by any means at its disposal, even if it includes lying and killing. Americans need to think of it as a social/political ideology, but they are so used to separating religion from politics (which was a first at the time of our country’s founding) that they keep giving Islam the benefit of the doubt.

Separation of church and state is something we take for granted. Islam does not separate the two. And Islam is the new Communism. In order to win any war, one must know who the enemy is and have the courage to do what is necessary. As Paul Hsieh said in his article it is important to commit to victory and win the war. But that won’t happen until our enemy is clearly defined in the American mind.

It starts unnoticed and quietly, like a fatal illness. Life as it is lived goes on until finally the illness becomes apparent, then it is too late. Example: [Christian] Lebanon. It starts with liberals being social elitists promoting “religious freedom” .and diversity. Little things, begin to appear, the meat in schools where Muslims would attend must be Halal, etc.  Attempts by the ACLU to allow full Burkas for driver’s license pictures. The reason? Religious Freedom! (Thankfully judicially rejected for the time being). But they will appeal and keep trying … it’s just a slow creeping invasion into our way of life, our beliefs, our freedoms.  It will always start where the most liberal live and allow the practices … Bloomberg’s NYC, Detroit … where ever it is people are either “diversity elitists” or are too uninformed to care. The people out in “fly over” country will not know it is happening until the Islāmic beach head is established in the liberal, soon-to-be Islāmic enclaves in the USA.  The Ground Zero Mosque is an indicator, Bloomberg’s “elitist attitude” another. I will be listing the indicators in this post, check back often to see the latest. And there will be a “latest” because it IS HAPPENING HERE.

B. Shari’a Law – Definitions and Facts

Law Governing Islam: Islāmic religious law that governs not only religious rituals, but aspects of day-to-day life in Islam. Sharia, literally translated, means “the way.” There is extreme variation in how Sharia is interpreted and implemented among and within Muslim societies today. This is especially prevalent for its financial laws. Also known as “Shariah” or “Shari’a”

About.com Definition: Sharia is a system of law inspired by Islam and the Koran, as well as Arabic traditions and early Islāmic scholars. Sharia is understood to rule not only Muslims but those living within a Muslim society, and governs all realms of a person’s life. D. Finance under Shari’a

Under Shariah Islāmic law, making money from money, such as charging interest, is usury and therefore not permitted. Wealth should be generated only through legitimate trade and investment in assets. But investment in companies involved with alcohol, gambling, tobacco and pornography is strictly off-limits. There is a great deal of money in the Islāmic World. But the only way there can be transactions with it is if those transactions are done under strict Shari’a guidelines. Shari’a financial guidelines are poisonous to Capitalist guidelines (profit, etc).  But, with greed leading the way, Capitalists greedily swallow the sweet poison pill to relinquish their guidelines and adopt those of Shari’a … why? Because that’s the only way they can get at the Muslim Money.  So they prostitute themselves, give in to Shari’a … and the cancer creeps into the very foundations of Western Freedom and Democracy.

E.  Shari’a Social Regulation

Sharia law controls every aspect of the individual’s life. Under Sharia, leaving Islam is punishable by death. Under Sharia, when a woman is raped, she receives the death penalty for adultery while nothing happens to the rapist. That’s why Sharia law appeals to rapist and gets rapists to be radical Islamists. That’s a large part why Jihadist Fascism thrives in our [America's] prisons. Sharia law is a totalitarian set of laws that contradicts the US constitution and the vision of the Founding Fathers. America is now becoming a victim of radical Islam. The cultural jihad is a monster that’s absorbing whatever it can with this Jihadist indoctrination. It seeks to eliminate “Western civilization from within and ’sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions” [1991 Muslim Brotherhood memo]. Once in control, Shari’a is imposed on those not in control.

F. Sharia Law-Islam’s Intolerance (our way or highway!)

Rather than assimilating, as is our custom in the USA as the ‘melting pot’ of the world, the Muslims retain their culture strictly, forcing THEIR culture and traditions upon the USA with no exception. If you do not agree with Islam, then you are an enemy of Islam … there is no negotiation.  Our problem in the west is or tolerance of the rest of the world … and when tolerance comes up against intolerance, intolerance will win. As the Islāmic invasion of the USA progresses, in its wake are the dead freedoms and liberties, and nothing but gains for the Jihadists.  It’s THEIR WAY or the HIGHWAY … there is no negotiation. Become a Muslim or you are an enemy of Islam and must be executed.

G.  Islamic Violence – Religion of Peace?

Is Islam peaceful or violent? To answer as frankly: It is violent. It is a religion which was born out of violence, propagated through violence, and which is still accustomed to violence even today. This can clearly be seen by examining the teachings and record of Islam. These are the two primary means by which to judge the character of a religion on some question. You look at the established, recognized, plainly understood teachings of that religion from its holy texts, and then you look at the manner and methodology by which those most faithful to that religion carry out their obedience to their belief system. Though violence towards those of other faiths is certainly not unknown among other of the world’s religions, Islam goes further than the other religious systems of the world in that its holy texts command and commend religiously-motivated violence against unbelievers. It is not just a matter of tolerating it or of turning a blind eye. Rather, the Qur’an and the hadiths support and encourage the faithful to press violent jihad against non-Muslims.(StudyToAnswer.Net)

H. Islamic and Shari’a Infiltration into Society

[Muslim] imperialism is still going on today. Islam is still trying to conquer new territory and bring it into Dar es-Salaam, whether by sword or by money. Muslim radicals regularly terror bomb targets in Indian Kashmir in an effort to force the Indians out and unite that region with Pakistan. Muslims in Nigeria are imposing shari’a law in many northern states in that country, in violation of Nigerian law, and impose this on the many non-Muslims in those states. Muslim fanatics are operating a guerilla war in the Philippines, with the stated aim of setting up a Muslim state in Mindanao. In southern Thailand, Islāmic radicals are perpetuating a terror campaign of bombs and beheadings against the Buddhist majority in an effort to carve out an Islāmic state. Monetary bounties are offered to people in South Africa for conversions to Islam. Even in the West, Muslim leaders at various times have stated their goal of bringing Europe and America into the fold of Dar es-Salaam, and much Muslim literature emphasizes the eventual conquest of the West (and the rest of the world) for Islam. I.  Resistance to Shari’a (…is dangerous)

APOSTASY: definition of apostasy is “leaving, departing away from, or deserting, one’s religion.” Arabic “irtidad”. Traditional Islāmic law prescribes the penalty of death for a Muslim who commits apostasy. The punishment is not stated in the Quran, but is said to be based on certain Hadith. The Quran does not come out and state explicitly that apostates should be killed. However, there are a number of Quranic verses that pertain to apostasy and various Muslim scholars found in them the justification to execute apostates. (So resist at your own risk!)

How did we get a President with no credentials, with no executive experience and one who is changing America to the antithesis of  it’s founder’s reasoning?  Well, he was “voted in.”  Meaning a majority of people were convinced he could do the job and that his “hope and change” would be meaningful.  Where did this “majority” of people get their ideas and their reasoning?  From the media.  And now we discover that same “media” was selling him to and audience that unquestionably believed everything they saw on TV and read in the papers.  In the end, the “elitists” were smarter than the “gullible” public.  And now we face a disaster never before encountered in this intensity in the history of the United states.  But now we discover JournoList … an “invite only” online discussion forum that allowed left-wing-leaning “journalists” to coordinate their support for Barack Hussein Obama and “sell him” to the gullible public.  Here are the names of people who were found on the JournoList.  Is your favorite “journolist” among them?  If so, then paint yourself gullible, you bought a faux deal.

This post is a documentation of the BP Deepwater Horizon oil well spill.  The links here were gathered during the 86 days of the event and are listed in chronological order.     • A. Background

    Background on this Post: There has been a huge amount of “coverage” on the leaking oil well in the Gulf of Mexico, the DeepWater Horizon.  An accident killed 11 people on the rig and now we are told this is the largest “spill” in the world’s [recorded] history. What we are hearing are pundits talking about a subject which nearly none of them understand.  All we hear about is the potential environmental damage, how badly BP has performed, that our government will “save” us by keeping a “boot on the neck of BP” and that if BP can’t get it done, the government will push them aside and take over. (As the admiral of the Coast Guard said, “with what?”).  We have a bunch of politicians trying to “solve” a scientific and engineering problem … and it is laughable. And the more Obama “talks” about it, the more he “owns” the problem (The Patriot’s Flag – Brer Obama and the Oil Well.

    Focus on the Problem, and the Problem is BP’s. BP has taken responsibility for this catastrophe. That “accountability” is not in question. With anything attempted, there is risk .. and from time to time, risk catches up with “risk management” and we encounter a disastrous problem such as this.  My point of this post is that there is ONLY ONE technical source which could stop this problem, and that is the expertise of BP.  And the last “help” we need is from the government and environmentalists that forced drilling 6 miles off shore in 1 mile deep water, rather than to drill on land on in shallow water where accidents could be avoided and problems solved more quickly.

    Tune Out the Political “Noise.” Obama tries to look “presidential” like Truman and “takes full responsibility” (the buck stops here) for the disaster. No, he was probably playing golf when it happened, and he had nothing to do with it and he will have nothing to do with the solution.  For Example, he goes to the Gulf beaches and looks at the tar balls, gives a speech and within 3 hours flies off to a vacation in Chicago … that will certainly help “plug the damned hole!”  My point is that this administration is prepared for “nothing” when it comes to the safety of this nation, environmentally, against terrorism, economics,  border control or any other threat to our safety and sovereignty.  Any response we get to any of these is finger-pointing, denial and words well versed in politics and ideology.  This catastrophe happening on the Gulf of Mexico shores will not be abated or solved with “words”. The best “help” Washington add would be to “put a sock in it!” and get the hell out of the way.

    Get Educated on the Problem: So turn off the TV, and light up your computer.  Get yourself educated.  Watch the technical seminars from BP (Linked Below) and learn the terminology and the specifics of this historic problem. You will see videos of equipment you have never heard about on TV and you will see it being employed by REAL engineers and scientists. I’ll be linking to wonderful graphic illustrations of project cybernetics. You will probably see REAL PEOPLE make technical and engineering mistakes while they work on a problem of magnitude never before encountered.    And eventually, you will also see these same people solve the problem.

    August 4 2010 Update

    “Quote: ‘There’s absolutely no evidence that there’s any significant concentration of oil that’s out there that we haven’t accounted for.’ So, I’d say that Mother Earth just beach-slapped the Democrats and the media.” -Rush

    NY Times: WASHINGTON — The government is expected to announce on Wednesday that three-quarters of the oil from the Deepwater Horizon leak has already evaporated, dispersed, been captured or otherwise eliminated — and that much of the rest is so diluted that it does not seem to pose much additional risk of harm.

    Did the Democrats once again try to “exploit a crisis too good to waste” … trying to stop drilling with moratoriums, trying to pass Cap and Trade, etc? This “performance” is getting a little old and folks are getting wise to it.

    H. Bottom Line

    When there is a crisis, people respond with two very distinct behaviors … emotional response, logical response.  We will see that with this crisis also.

    • The emotional response will be outrage at BP, outrage at the Big Oil Companies,  lawyers sewing lawyers, speeches, threats, politicians being outraged, etc. This is just noise, it is what we expect from community organizers and general “noise-makers.” It gives people a short term “feel good” feeling, but it doesn’t “plug the damned hole!” Interference to get to the final solution will come from the Emotional Response. (politicians, do-gooders, environmentalists, etc). The noise-makers will exacerbate the problem not solve it. Turn them off!
    • The logical response will be, “this is a hell of a mess, now what are we doing about it?”  This response is actionable and this is the response we expect from scientists and engineers that know a great deal more about this subject than politically appointed commissions.  The logical response will be what eventually “plugs the damned hole.”  The eventual SOLUTION to the problem will come from the logical response, (engineers, scientists, ROV operators, etc).

    We need to close out the NOISE from the emotionally outraged, and LISTEN carefully to the people who will actually FIX this problem.  What we learn from this disaster will prevent future disasters and will help with the management of future risk.

    The final “solution” … (like in the War of the Worlds) was not politicians, government officials or even engineers … but microbes. The tiniest remediation engineers on the planet. And they were on the scene of the “disaster” from day 1 (unlike others we know). Tony Hayward (of all people?) who is a geological engineer understood the problem from the beginning … but with all the “noise” he was chastised and literally run out of town … but in the end …

    Telegraph: But through all the fog of name-calling, doom-mongering and political accusations, something unexpected has been happening out on the water. At first, it was just camera crews and photographers complaining that they could not find oiled animals to shoot; then it was the clean-up crews themselves who were struggling to find anything to clean. The immense patches of surface oil that once covered thousands of square miles of the Gulf have largely gone, and now just a handful of dead animals – all birds – are being reported each day. Furthermore, toxicity levels on the ocean floor appear to be low.

    One hundred days on from the original blow-out, the question is beginning to be asked: might the scale of the potential environmental damage have been exaggerated? Was the ill-fated Mr Hayward right when he predicted that the environmental impact of the spill would be “very, very modest”?

    “The Gulf of Mexico is a bit like the River Tyne. There is a lot of industry and boat traffic along it, as well as the oil industry, which has minor leaks all the time. When Tony Hayward said it was a drop in the ocean, it might have been the wrong thing to say at the time, but it was the truth. This spill is the equivalent of less than a drop in an Olympic-sized swimming pool. For all but a tiny bit of the Gulf, it will be back to normal within a year.
    Professor Geoffrey Maitland, an energy engineer at Imperial College, agrees that the Gulf is well adapted to oil spills because tens of millions of gallons naturally seep into it every year. “Many people do not realise that oil is a naturally occurring substance and nature has a way of dealing with it,” he says. It doesn’t need to be scooped off, burnt or dispersed with chemicals. “In fact, it is often best to let it just evaporate and biodegrade naturally.

    “With all the clean-up work, natural evaporation and biodegradation, I reckon 50 per cent of the oil has already gone and the rest will follow shortly. There is talk of a lot of oil below the surface, but I am a bit skeptical, as oil is less dense than water and so it floats.”

    As predicted at the beginning of “The Bottom Line” … there were two forces at work, the noise-makers and the problem-solvers.  The noise-makers made the process worse, the problem-solvers predicted the (lack of) intensity of the ca strophe and understood the built-in environmental solution necessary.  They were also the ones who “plugged the damned hole” … not the “noise-maker” politicians and news media.

    The lawyers got in the act and the press was fed its tainted Wheaties to strongly report the “disaster” … the disaster will turn out to be an economic disaster caused by the politicians, the lawyers and the news media.  None of these three did ANYTHING to solve the problem, ALL THREE added to the problem and caused the “real” disaster.

    Watching the hype on the “poisonous dispersant” was a study in stupidity. People obviously didn’t have a “clue” as to how they worked, so they began dissing the “poisonous dispersant” from the “big, bad chemical company” … a chemical that would kill the gulf.  I wrote Dispersants and the Piper and with the hits we got on it, many people got educated quickly. One “strong environmentalist that was going after Corexit (the dispersant), wrote me personally and admitted he did not know that technology and thanked me for the information … he also back away from dispersant criticism immediately.

    The answer to any problem is knowledge.  “Information” from the news media, pundits, lawyers and politicians is NOT knowledge!  These are simply words that they implement for self-protection or self-aggrandizement.  So it was easy to predict that the “noise-makers” would not solve the problem and would actually exacerbate the problem. All Obama had to fight this was his personal “little red book” of left-wing ideology.  Useless in any situation.

    Lesson Learned? Turn off the “noise-makers” … distrust their decisions. Turn off the hype-news media. Anybody talking catastrophe and disaster … turn them off.  You don’t solve a problem by jumping up and down screaming about the problem, ordering the “the hole be plugged”, and looking for “ass to kick.”  You solve the problem by understanding the science and engineering of the problem … and you turn to scientists and engineers.  In that process, you step aside and let them do their work, even cheering them on to give them encouragement.

    The 3 AM call…came and …

    We now know Obama’s response when an emergency arises.

    Blame everybody else and do nothing!

    But Remember, Obama ONLY thinks about the Oil Spill, First thing in the morning, last thing at night … unless there’s a party going on!  The  lack of “focus” continues …..

    There is “something wrong” with the economy … we all know it,  and we feel like “something” is lurking around the corner that we cannot quite see.  For my fellow laymen on this subject, we’ll never fully understand the “economy” as a process (perhaps even the experts don’t understand it). But we can keep our eyes open and look for “signals” in our environment that indicate how close the problem is and its severity.

    Hedge Funds: We all saw a frightening 1000 point drop in the Dow this past week. First it was explained as simply a “fat finger” mistake where someone hit a “b” instead of an “m”.     In a bid to stem taxpayer losses for bad loans guaranteed by federal housing agencies Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac,Senator Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) proposed that borrowers be required to make a 5% down payment in order to qualify. Remember the “global warming” excitement, and subsequent discovery that it was a hoax?  What was that all about? When you dig into this subject, as Gary P [Who has given me permission to excerpt] has done, you discover a set of awful truths in the roots of the movement. As some suspected, this wasn’t about global warming, or “saving the environment” …that was a screen protecting the “real” purpose.  An elaborate facade to cover up what will eventually be the Greatest Scandal in Human History.  Our greatest weapon against such tyrannical exploits is education.     What is the CCX (Chicago Climate Exchange) ?

    Wikipedia: Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) is North America’s only voluntary, legally binding greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction and trading system for emission sources and offset projects in North America and Brazil. CCX employs independent verification, includes six greenhouse gases, and has been trading greenhouse gas emission allowances since 2003.  To date the exchange has more than 350 members ranging from corporations like Ford, DuPont, and Motorola, to state and municipalities such as Oakland and Chicago, to educational institutions such as University of California, San Diego, Tufts University, Michigan State University and University of Minnesota, to farmers and their organizations, such as the National Farmers Union and the Iowa Farm Bureau.  CCX has an aggregate baseline of 226 million metric tons of CO2 equivalent, which is equal to the United Kingdom’s annual allocation under the EU ETS. This would make the CCX market comparable to one of the larger countries in the EU CO2 market, or 4% of U.S. annual GHG emissions. In other words … this thing is huge!

    How was CCX Formed and Who was behind it?

    It took Glenn Beck to put it all together, and he has done a remarkable job of spelling it all out. In the videos [Linked below in Relevant Links and active on Gary's Website] Glenn documents Obama’s ties to the multi-trillion dollar carbon trading scam, Goldman Sachs, the Joyce Foundation, domestic terrorist Bill Ayers’ brother, Al Gore, George Soros, Maurice Strong and a whole cast of nerdowells.  Beck does a great job of connecting the dots here, as well as spelling out the scam itself.

The Head of the CCX quotes the future worth of the annual business of the CCX at TEN TRILLION DOLLARS, 2/3 of the worth of the trading of all American businesses on the financial exhanges per year (FIFTEEN TRILLION DOLLARS).

    What is the “product”  CCX is “selling?”  (Redemption!)

    You are not buying a real product, or producing a benefit. Trading carbon credits can best be described as a “sin tax” with the “sinner” being able to purchase the ability to continuing “sinning,” without stopping the “sinful behavior” in any way whatsoever. You are simply redistributing wealth. In this case, those who actually produce will be forced to purchase the right to continue to produce from those who don’t produce. A real triumph for the glorious communist revolution!

    What’s the impact on you and me?

    Energy prices will “necessarily skyrocket” because of two factors. [HotAir.com - These are Obama's Own Words - Link HERE] One, because producers will have to purchase these credits, adding to the cost of doing business, a cost that will be passed on to the consumer, and two, these producers will be forced to buy the privilege of continuing to produce, from the Chicago Climate Exchange, which will raise the cost of doing business even more, again this will be passed on to the consumer.

    So if “fixing global warming” (now known as a hoax) will cause prices to skyrocket … why do it?

    As you see it’s pretty easy to understand why, despite mounting evidence that every single “scientific calculation” declaring the existence of “global warming” is fraudulent, much of it deliberately skewed to show a result that doesn’t exist, Obama, Gore, and a whole host of corrupt-o-crats are pushing harder than ever for a “fix” to a non-existent problem. Ten trillion dollars is a whole lot of money to be made for essentially doing nothing.
