ADMINISTRATION HALTS PROSECUTION

OF ALLEGED USS COLE BOMBER

Washington Post: Thursday, August 26, 2010; 8:47 pm: The Obama administration has shelved the planned prosecution of Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, the alleged coordinator of the Oct. 2000 suicide attack on the USS Cole in Yemen, according to a court filing. The decision at least temporarily scuttles what was supposed to be the signature trial of a major al-Qaeda figure under a reformed system of military commissions. And it comes practically on the eve of the 10th anniversary of the attack, which killed 17 sailors and wounded dozens when a boat packed with explosives ripped a hole in the side of the warship in the port of Aden. In a filing this week in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the Justice Department said that “no charges are either pending or contemplated with respect to al-Nashiri in the near future.”

With the 10th anniversary of the Cole bombing approaching on Oct. 12, relatives of those killed in the attack expressed deep frustration with the delay. “After 10 years, it seems like nobody really cares,” said Gloria Clodfelter, whose 21-year-old son, Kenneth, was killed on the Cole.

“It’s politics at this point,” said one military official who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss policy. He said he thinks the administration does not want to proceed against a high-value detainee without some prospect of civilian trials for other major figures at Guantanamo Bay.

The President of the United States proves once again that his loyalty is for Islam and not for the United States of America.  This is an outrage. For the President to give a terrorist a “pass” for killing our military personnel is proof this man is NOT QUALIFIED to be anywhere near the White House.

We must reflect our outrage at this egregious action in November in the voting booth: If you remember nothing else when you vote, Remember the Cole!

Is this what we expected from our historic “First Black President?”

Or is this what we would expect from our first “Islamic President?”

• It is not what he says (or reads from the Teleprompter) … he “is” what he “does.” And he has again given us further proof of his real loyalty. To support dropping these charges and not fighting to maintain them is close to a treasonous act. I would assume the dead sailors would feel the same.

He Never loved his country and was never loyal to it …

He Never respected his country, He only respects his ideology …

And his empathy for Islam has now gone too far!

Voting in November? Vote “them” out!

A new “Symbol” is proposed for the Ground Zero area … an Islamic Cultural Center. The  $100 complex is proposed for a location 2 blocks from 911′s “Ground Zero,” 2 blocks from where 3000+ people were killed by radical Islamic Terrorists, an area symbolic of the greatest achievement of Islamic Jihadism. Many believe putting a “cultural center” anywhere near this area is nothing more than a monument of victory for the terrorists of 911.

Technically, “they” are saying this is not a “mosque” … it’s a cultural center with an area for prayer. Maybe this is why …

New English Review – Interview with Sam Solomon – What is a Mosque? A mosque, totally unlike a church or a synagogue, serves the function of orchestrating and mandating every aspect of “life” in a Muslim community from the religious, to the political, to the economic, to the social, to the military. In Islam, religion and life are not separate. They are indivisible. In Islam religion is not just a part of life, but “life” is absorbed and regulated to the tiniest detail by religion (See Figure 1). In other words every aspect of a man or woman’s life must be defined and governed by religion. So there is no concept of personal choice whatsoever, or in theological terms, there is no “free will,” but only limited preferences between prescribed courses of action. In addition, there is no concept of a personal relationship between the person and the entity being worshiped, so “worship” itself, is of a different nature than that performed in a church or synagogue.

But in this case it is “not a mosque, it is an “Islamic Cultural Center (that just happens to have an included prayer area).”  Perhaps this is even more insidious than an actual mosque, just another example of Islamic Al-Takeyya. So the “Islamic Cultural Center” is only a symbol … but of what?

The Symbolism of the Location: Feisal Abdul Rauf is the imam behind the “Cordoba Initiative” that is spearheading plans to build a $100 million Islamic center at Ground Zero, the site where nearly 3,000 Americans were killed by jihadists on 9/11. He is also the author of a book called What’s Right with Islam Is What’s Right with America. But the book hasn’t always been called that. Symbolism of the Name: Cordoba Mosque: The scheduled construction of the ‘Cordoba House’, more widely known as the ‘Ground Zero Mosque’, is meeting some stiff resistance from a growing number of Americans for not only its location but what its name alludes to. In fact, developers even tried to rename the mosque because of what people were learning about it.  Cordoba, a city in Spain, was conquered by Muslims in the early 8th century. Upon capturing the city, Muslims began construction on the first ‘Cordoba House’. Prior to that, Spain, at the time a Christian nation, was a symbol of western civilization. Once it had fallen to Islam, the first ‘Cordoba House’ became an Islamic symbol of conquest.  Former Muslim terrorist Walid Shoebat, has made it his life’s work to warn westerners about the true intentions of Islam and insists the Islamic mindset has not changed, even after twelve centuries. Shoebat insists that the name chosen for the ground zero mosque is not an accident; it is intentionally provocative for a reason. It is a statement to Muslims that could embolden many of them.

President Barack Hussein Obama Statement: “As a citizen, and as president, I believe that Muslims have the same right to practice their religion as everyone else in this country,” Obama told an intently listening crowd gathered at the White House Friday evening to observe the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. “That includes the right to build a place of worship and a community center on private property in lower Manhattan, in accordance with local laws and ordinances,” he said. “This is America, and our commitment to religious freedom must be unshakable.”

President Obama addresses guests at an iftar dinner, the meal that breaks the dawn-to-dusk fast for Muslims during the holy month of Ramadan, at the White House.

Patriot’s Flag Comment: Barack Hussein Obama was trained as a Muslim in his early life. That early training still defines his outlook on life today. The man was a Muslim, the man is a Muslim, the man is doing everything in his power, against the will of 70% of the people to create an Islamic dar es-salaam right her in the United States of America. This man is an enemy of Liberty and Freedom … we need no more proof than this. For the safety of the United States, Obama, and any politician supporting his views must be removed from office.

Obama is leading his supporters (some probably unknowingly) toward the goals of Islam … any person supporting Obama was thus represented at that dinner and now must either avow or disavow his statement. There is now a direct link between Obama supporters and the Islamic threat. If you support Obama, you are supporting the furtherance of Islam and Shari’a as the dominant governing force for the United States. Democrats who support this President have  now become “Islamists.”  They are enemies to Liberty and Freedom.

The proposed “Cordoba Mosque” probably should now be renamed the “Obama Mosque” to thank him for his support and to solidify the link of Obama to Islam … he will be a Presidential Symbol of Islam, and this should be his legacy.

I Believe … The Obama Administration not only has successfully withdrawn from the War on Terrorism, then are actually supporting terrorists through unsecured borders and “reaching out” to Muslims.  We are going to be “giving in” without a fight … and that’s UN-American. And now he has thrown is support behind the Mosque at Ground Zero indicating his support for the Islamic Community and thus supporting the further infiltration of Shari’a here in the United States of America. If the construction of the “Obama Mosque” is allowed to proceed, this will be his legacy.

So lets now look back and summarize the BP Spill in the Gulf of Mexico.  What was the total physical and economic damage to the Gulf Coast area?  Jobs, marshes, fishing, tourism … lets add it all up into a single number.  Now lets separate that total into two groups: (1) Cost of Damage caused by the oil and (2) Cost of Damage caused by the media hype and wrong government responses. The Gulf has basically healed itself (with a little boost from some dispersants). The marshes will heal, new “sprouts” have already been documented. But the lingering damage is not physical … it is economic, who “caused” that damage?

The Patriot’s Flag Summary: As the causes for the BP explosion and leak are studied carefully to prevent a re-occurrence , so should an intense study be done of the inaccurate media reporting (hyped up, we’re-all-gonna’-die, the-gulf-is-poisoned) and knee-jerk government reactions (stop the drilling, stop the fishing, etc) that STILL is causing a huge economic disaster in the Gulf of Mexico.  I contend that the damage done by the media and the government far exceeds the damage done by BP and the oil leak.

I documented the “spill” at The Patriot’s flag (BP Update Page)… most of the major news links are there (over 150 of them!) and each has a mouse-over summary.  You can quickly go over the page and get the “feel” for the disaster. There is no doubt your conclusion will be similar to mine.  The damage done by the leak was insignificant compared to the damage created by inaccurate reporting and inappropriate government action.

Let’s look closely at the reporting vs the truth:

• “Poisonous Dispersants”: The Dispersants didn’t poison the Gulf (and they are NOT TOXIC), they aided in the dispersion and eventual biodegradation of the oil (as dispersants have done safely for 20+ years!). Full coverage of the dispersants HERE (Dispersants and the Piper)
• Beach Oil and Tourism: Some oil got to the beaches, but the beaches were not blackened and ruined for generations by the leaking oil.  It simply did not happen.  The result of the reporting was a huge “hit” in tourism that hurt the tourism industry.
• Global Pollution: The leak did not extend to the east coast of Florida and the USA, potentially moving in the Gulf Stream up toward northern Europe.  Evidence of it even getting to the West Coast of Florida is sketchy.  This simply didn’t happen. (Charlotte Observer Post). This was nothing but “hype” reporting.
• Stopping the drilling (government moratorium) did not solve any problems, it only caused severe economic problems for people who worked in that industry. (Drilling Moratorium is a Jobs Moratorium)
• Stopping the fishing, this action too is in doubt … the seafood “might have been poisoned” … but it wasn’t. It has been deemed “safe”. Of course you don’t go fishing in an oil slick, but unlike the media pictures, the oil wasn’t everywhere … in was in specific locations (and has since all dissipated).  Fishing could have been done safely just by not fishing in the slicks.

1. The Disaster that never was (BP) (08.08.10)

So Who should pay for the economic losses? Those who causes the losses should pay for the losses. The damage caused by the news media and the government far exceeded the damage done by the oil leak. Rather than BP being forced to PAY for 100% of the economic losses, the news media should pay for it, (or be eliminated as a news source), and those in government that caused the economic losses should be removed from office immediately. This would probably leave BP with having to cover only about 10% of the economic losses.  Why should they pay for losses they did not cause?

Post of Free Republic: But I’m a Tea Bag Conservative, one can’t have the gov paying for it, (because I’m the “government” and I pay for it as a taxpayer). The media’s deep pockets should be emptied just as BP’s was emptied. A good lesson for them. So what do you do if someone causes damage but doesn’t pay? You put them in jail, and most certainly you put them out of business.

PS: “Yes but …”

…but BP caused the spill so they are responsible for everything that happened since.

Don’t forget, EVERY move they made was to be overseen and given approval for by the United States Government. Nothing happens in the Gulf without federal approval.  So the Fed approved the “situation” that allowed the leak in the first place. We could just as easily say the leak was “federally approved” couldn’t we?

One of our most important “defenses” against tyranny was the “watchdog media” that, with the protection of the 1st amendment, “barked freely” when our government veered off course.  But alas, no “barking watch dog,” … the watch dog drank the liberal kool aid and has gone to sleep.

Most of the news we get is  either progressively slanted, a diversion toward trivia, or just silence.  Most of the mainstream media today is openly supportive of an out-of-control, left-lurching national government, not barking a warning, and  happily documenting and  cheering the loss of  Freedom and Liberty. As the Daily Caller pointed out, this isn’t just a case of “media bias” but outright ACTIVISM.

I should have started sooner: I wish I would have started this post last November (2009) or even before, but alas, there wouldn’t be room for anything else. However with the election coming, it will be interesting to document the bias of the Left Wing (State-controlled) Media. Such a shame the “old” watchdog sleeps, little wonder its credibility is dead, all that is left is the sleeping form.

Plenty of Proof: But with the up-coming election in November, I’m sure there will be plenty of proof of the mainstream medias “progressive” Activism.

Sons of Liberty Flag - Liberty LOST!

I’m trying to decided what “category” in which to place this post … let’s see: (1) Hypocritical, (2) Uninformed, or (3) Just plain Stupid. I’m going to make a 4th category … ALL OF THE ABOVE! The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, NAACP probably should be changing its name to the National Association for the Recession of Colored People … and what’s with the “colored people” thing, that’s a 50′s moniker, so lets fix that too, the National Association for the Recession of Blacks. So now we have NARB .. shorter, more descriptive. Fixed it! Now, here’s why:

(1) Let’s look closely at Hypocrisy:

The NARB Resolution:

• Fox News: The resolution initially said the NAACP would “repudiate the racism of the Tea Parties” and stand against the movement’s attempt to “push our country back to the pre-civil rights era,” though the wording was amended to downplay criticism of all Tea Partiers while asking them to repudiate bigots in their own ranks.
• NARB: “We take no issue with the Tea Party movement. We believe in freedom of assembly and people raising their voices in a democracy,” the NAACP President Benjamin Todd Jealous said in a written statement announcing the unanimous vote. ”What we take issue with is the Tea Party’s continued tolerance for bigotry and bigoted statements.
• NARB: “The time has come for them to accept the responsibility that comes with influence and make clear there is no place for racism and anti-Semitism, homophobia and other forms of bigotry in their movement.“

New Black Panther Party’s anti-Semitic, Anti-White, Anti-Gay  (racist) remarks:

• Shabazz:“Kill every goddamn Zionist in Israel! Goddamn little babies, goddamn old ladies! Blow up Zionist supermarkets!”
• Shabazz: “We have to make it plain that Zionists control America, lock, stock and barrel,” Shabazz said. “The European Jews have America under control, lock stock and barrel, the media, foreign policy.”
• Shabazz On Gays: Leave me alone sick little faggot. That’s why we had a standing room only 800 plus crowd at the Masonic Temple last Thursday, meeting on how to run Devils like you outta’ here.
• Shabazz: “With the rise of the Tea Party, the white-right and other racist forces. With gun sales nationwide at an all time high amongst whites, with a mood that is more anti-Black than any time recent, it is imperative that we organize our forces, pool our resources and prepare for war!”

NAACP Leadership:

• Look at the leadership of the NAACP. The longtime head of the Connecticut NAACP just got out of jail last year after serving time for money laundering and bribery. Two NAACP officials in Georgia were just busted for embezzling. And then there are the hundreds of thousands of dollars paid to settle accusations of bad behavior toward women by NAACP execs. (There has been no criminal activity in the Tea Party)

NAACP/Black Panther Ties:

• Washington Times: The NAACP attorney was lobbying or actively hinting to the new Obama appointees or their “friendlies” in the “career” ranks of DoJ that DoJ should drop the Black Panther case, it makes the NAACP’s charges of racism against Tea Partiers even more tendentious. These New Black Panthers, after all, are some of the most virulently racist people around. Witness, again, this video of one of them advocating “killing crakkas” and “kill[ing] they [sic] babies.” Racism in all forms needs to be stamped out. The NAACP should be on the side of those wanting to punish the Black Panthers, not on the side of the Panthers.

So there is a resolution against the Tea Parties where NO anti-racial evidence has been found, even with the offer of a $100,000 reward, but the New Black Panther Party, racist documentation above, gets a “pass” from the NARB?  And the New Black Panther Party is only ONE example … shall we bring up  Louis Farrakahn, who spoke at this convention?  (I don’t have enough room here!)

(2) Lets look at the Uninformed Category:

The Tea Party is racist

• There was a charge made that racial epithets were hurled at leaders of the Black Caucus as they passed a Tea Party Crowd that was protesting higher taxes.  The charge was made by members of the Black Caucus and flatly stated on national TV. (Which the State-Controlled Media happily picked up and broadcasted).
• Andrew Brietbart offered $100,000 for any audio or video of proof that this incident happened, and there were plenty of cameras and recording equipment present. None could be found. So unless proof could be found, then we must surmise the members of the Black Caucus lied.
• But the NARB doesn’t bother with facts, they only “know” what they “think” or have been “told.”  And in the black community, this “incident” that didn’t happen is a “fact” in the black mind.  This, of course, was the incident that drove the passage of the resolution by NARB.

(3) Let’s look at the Just Plain Stupid (Ignorant!)

• That people can “legislate” on what they “think” is going on vs reality is suggestive that there is a problem with basic ignorance … they are ignoring reality.  There is NO evidence that the Tea Party is racist, yet this is what their leaders want them to believe, so contrary to fact, they IGNORE the fact and choose whatever  fantasy their leaders dream up. By passing a resolution, they are “proving” the fantasy as fact.  That people would “follow” such leaders and not have a mind of their own says a great deal about this group and its credibility.
• The “final resolution” will be presented in October … so they have voted to pass a resolution without knowing what actually is “in” the resolution. Does this sound familiar?  It’s not that these people are “blacks” and that’s the problem, it is that they are “Democrats” which explains their behavior.

(4) All OF THE ABOVE

• By passing the resolution against the “racist” Tea Party movement and by ignoring the New Black Panther Party’s racism, the NARB is an obviously hypocritical group of people who refuse to look at facts and would rather deal in fantasy. Then they create a  “written statement” and vote on it to prove the fantasy … and the “membership” goes along with this?  That is Hypocritic, Uninformed and Stupid … all of the above!

NARB is “turning back the racial clock” to the 1950′s.  They are bringing racism to the forefront of American Politics once again.  The incredible gains they have made with the CONSTITUTIONALLY CORRECT activities of Dr. Martin Luther King are now being set back to “black vs white.”   Most of us have fully accepted the precepts of Dr. King, and have assimilated them into our daily lives, it is “how it should be”.  “Color” has not been an issue … we even elected our FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT … how many whites were “color blind” when they voted for Obama?

And speaking of “color” why retain the “Colored People” moniker unless you are trying to go back to the 1950′s?

Look at this comment: The resolution also urged people to oppose what it said was the tea party’s drive “to push our country back to the pre-civil rights era.” Who is bringing up this resolution, who is the racist element, who is pushing the country back to the 1950′s? The NAACP!

Bringing racism to the forefront is not advancing the “black agenda” … threatening to kill whites and Jews is not advancing the black agenda. The DOJ ignoring “white” voters’ rights doesn’t help.  And if the NARB, the Administration stays on this track, there will be a backlash. There is already a “stirring” in the community.  People discussing killing us causes justifiable concern. That should be condemned by NARB, not condoned and ignored which actually perpetuates the danger.

But what has a Black President gotten us? Many had hoped for a great unification, but what have we gotten instead? The rebirth of racism, but this time not from the WHITE community, but from the BLACK community.  The activities of the NARB are once again bringing racism, something from America’s historical  past, into the present discussion.  NARB is not moving their “cause” forward, they are moving it back to the 1950′s and that is not Advancement, it is Recession.

The ONLY “N” Word the Tea Party Uses is: “NOVEMBER“!
