Shari’a Social Regulation
Sharia law controls every aspect during the Muslim’s life and leaving Islam during a Muslim’s lifetime is punishable by death under Shari’a Law. This post explores the strict social regulations of Shari’a law and the punishments involved for breaking those laws. The post will be kept up to date with contemporary links, (below the text body). Some of the images linked to this are graphically disturbing, but those are marked with a WARNING in the “mouse over.”
The Foundry: The truth is that imposition of Sharia law in the United States, especially when mixed with a perverted sense of political correctness, poses a danger to civil society. Just last year, a Muslim man in Buffalo, New York beheaded his wife in what appeared to be an honor killing, again using his faith to justify his actions. It is doubtful that the domestic violence and rape in this recently overturned case will be the last Americans see of Sharia being impermissibly used to justify brutal acts on our soil. As former Assistant Secretary of Defense Frank Gaffney wrote recently:
Sharia is no less toxic when it comes to the sorts of democratic government and civil liberties guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. According to this legal code of Saudi Arabia and Iran, only Allah can make laws, and only a theocrat can properly administer them, ultimately on a global basis.
Sharia Incompatible with Western Law - Among the concerns that people have about Sharia is that their actions or people’s accusations against them of apostasy or blasphemy can lead to imprisonment or death. Apostasy, the abandonment of one’s religion, is converting from Islam to Christianity or another religion or becoming agnostic or atheist; whereas blasphemy is practicing a non-Islamic religion or committing an action that offends Islam, members of an Islamic community, or by making comments that are believed to be derogatory toward the prophet Muhammad. Under Sharia, in some countries, all are actions that are punishable by a 25 years-to-life sentence in prison or the death penalty.

- APOSTASY: definition of apostasy is “leaving, departing away from, or deserting, one’s religion.” Arabic “irtidad”. Traditional Islāmic law prescribes the penalty of death for a Muslim who commits apostasy. The punishment is not stated in the Quran, but is said to be based on certain Hadith. The Quran does not come out and state explicitly that apostates should be killed. However, there are a number of Quranic verses that pertain to apostasy and various Muslim scholars found in them the justification to apostates.

Kagan and Chicago Politics – The way Chicago Politics works, if I do something for you, then you will turn around and do something for me. Such politics have NOTHING to do with the people who elected you to office or entrusted you with office. Kagan, was the Solicitor General on all of the petitions questioning Øbama’s eligibility and all of them (so far) were denied. Øbama now “owed” Kagan BIG time, and as per Chicago Politics … she got the nod to the nomination. This is how he “knew her” this is how she was “tied to the Supreme Court” and was and will be a ‘perfect fit’ in his “eligibility strategy” for the future.
